Hi, I’m Bhavna Singh, a lifelong storyteller and event curator. I began wedding planning at just 16, co-founded my first business, and over 11 years I planned more than 300 weddings across the U.S. and abroad. From South Asian and multicultural celebrations to intimate destination weddings, I’ve had the privilege of bringing countless love stories to life.

In my early 20s, I also explored the world of film and media— working as a freelance film producer, indie filmmaker, and South Asian film critic. That background sharpened my perspective on narrative, aesthetics, and the way details come together to create an experience— skills I now carry into every event I plan.

After a decade in weddings, I pivoted into marketing and corporate events, managing national conferences and brand activations. This corporate chapter gave me a deep understanding of logistics, branding, and hospitality at scale. Now, through Cultured Creations, I weave all of these experiences together — creating events that are both deeply personal and flawlessly executed.

At my core, I am an entrepreneur. I launched my first company at 16, and business ownership has always been where I feel most creative, fulfilled, and connected. While I’ve built a career in corporate event marketing, I missed the freedom to design experiences that reflect my own vision and values.

This return to business ownership is about weaving together everything I love: storytelling, people, culture, design, and unforgettable experiences. Weddings, brand activations, and everything in between give me the opportunity to bring those passions to life, and I am grateful to once again be curating those stories for my clients.

For me, it’s always been about people and their stories. I love listening to a couple’s vision or a client’s goals and weaving those details into an experience their guests will never forget. Seeing everything come together…the design, the logistics, the energy in the room, and knowing it reflects who they are is the most rewarding part of what I do. Just as important is making sure every guest feels taken care of and accounted for, because hospitality is at the heart of every unforgettable event.

My event-day bag is like a survival kit and magic trick rolled into one. You’ll always find safety pins, super glue, and Velcro for those stubborn décor emergencies, plus a mini pharmacy of medications and ointments for unexpected headaches or scrapes. I even carry extra earrings and earring backs, because you’d be surprised how often someone forgets or breaks theirs! And, of course, my trusted planner notebook never leaves my side…plus so much more for all the day-of emergencies you’d never expect.
